Mike grew up in Fremont, Nebraska and moved to Omaha when he attended the University of Nebraska – Omaha.  There, he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in finance and real estate.  As a young boy working for his grandfather mowing lawns, he learned the power of compound interest and was fascinated with the investment world. After starting his career in the insurance industry, he joined Cambridge in 1999 because he wanted to help clients make their money work for them. 

Mike is a Chartered Financial Consultant.  He has received a five-star rating (the highest rating) from the Paladin Registry, an independent organization which has devised a rating system for investment advisors.  He has also served on the InterVarsity Committee in Omaha, on the Young Life Regional Board, and as an elder at his church.

Mike and his wife, Cammy, raised their son in Elkhorn.  Once their son graduated, they moved to a lake in Valley with their black lab, Maggie.  They enjoy travelling, boating and entertaining family and friends.
